St Louis Park MN Training coordinator Single Again 2
I am enjoying being a gramma to my 4 year old grandaughter.  She certainly keeps me hopping.  My daughter and her family live in Nisswa, so I am up north a couple of times each month to watch my grandaughter grow and have fun.  Big year this year with kindergarten just around the corner.  I have been working for Cargill for 28 years and still plan on working a few more.  At Cargill, I have had the opportunity for the last 10 years to coordinate the Sponsor a Sr program in conjunction with Hennepin County Volunteer Partnership Programs.  I organize 45-50 Cargill volunteers who sponsor a senior, disabled, homeless vet, child ward of the state, etc. for Christmas.  This program brings the holidays to families who have noone to spend the holidays with,  so it is very heartwarming to bring joy & love to them.  I have a large group of friends who I am involved with in many activities.  Summer nights find me out at Bayside on Lake Minnetonka with a number of these wonderful friends.   Life is good - I am truly blessed.  I was also involved/helped create a foundation (Fuzzyhead Foundation) and helped 5 families coordinate cancer benefits for their child.   My family loves the Raspberry Parade, so  I still setup a spot for the parade for them - and have missed only a couple of parades in my lifetime.  My nephews, daughter, grandaughter run the Raspberry Parade in honor of my daughter Queen Kristi.  It is an emotional day for us all.  Even though I bought a townhouse in St Louis Park, I hang in Hopkins where my heart will always be.  I still get together with four girlfriends from Hopkins - since 9th grade we have been girlfriends - and we will be together at this reunion.  Happiness and Good Health to all you "warriors" and "warriorettes". New Hope MN Retired Married 2
I feel very fortunate to have a wonderful husband and family.  I enjoyed my career as an Administrative Assistant for many years.  I have met and made many kind and generous friends throughout my life.  As for 50 years ago, I am sure the whole world lay ahead of me and in the blink of an eye, here we are - most of us retired, but thankfully still among the living.  I have enjoyed being on the reunion committee for many years now.  These are a good group of people and we all look forward to having everyone attend our 50th Reunion! Bend OR Real Estate Broker- Semi Retired Married 3
I headed West after graduation in 1966. I have lived in San Diego, St. George, UT and Bend, OR.  Graduated from Palomar College and San Diego State University. Was student body President at Palomar where I played football and ran track.  At SDSU I played football but suffered a career ending injury before I could ever see game time.  I also played hockey on the Universities club team.  This is my 39th year as a real estate broker.  I was Realtor of the Year and President of our 1800 member association of realtors.  Married twice.  Have one son with my first wife and luckily inherited two wonderful daughters when I got married a second time.  Two time cancer survivor and loving life.  Semi-retired and now playing golf, senior softball (won a silver medal in the senior men's world championships) and travelling.  For those of my former classmates that still live in Minnesota...Al Franken?  You've got to be kidding me.
